Poster Presentation Information

  • University of Michigan will provide poster boards that are 3’x4′ landscape.
  • Posters do not need to take up this entire space but cannot exceed this size.
  • Each side of the board will only have one poster hung.
  • Each poster board will be numbered with push pins provided.
  • On site printing is not available. The suggested print locations are FedEx (505 E. Liberty Street) and FedEx (317 S. State Street).. Printing is the responsibility of the presenter, conference staff will not be able to assist.
  • Posters should be hung up during the AM coffee break or lunch so it is ready for viewing during the appropriate session.

Oral Presentation Information

The following time has been allocated for presentations:

  • Plenary: 40 minutes total, including Q&A
  • Oral: 20 minutes total + 5 minutes for Q&A

Oral presenters should have a copy of their presentation on a flash drive readily available. All presenters will be utilizing a conference laptop – no individual laptops will be accommodated. The laptop is a PC – Powerpoint is highly recommended versus Google slides. Please have your presentation loaded on a thumb drive that is compatible with PCs.

Please be sure to load your presentation onto the laptop in the morning before the first talk begins. Session chairs will be available to help download your presentation.
